Pixel Lineage Knowledge is the oath-upgrade resource

Knowledge is the blue-book resource in the castle HUD. The Shrine of Oaths explicitly tells you to rank oaths up with Knowledge; rank 3 awakens their power.

It is separate from Gold, character EXP and unspent stat points. Having enough Knowledge does not by itself prove that a particular oath is unlocked.

How to earn Knowledge

Check the reward panel after fights and area clears. The supplied Sunmeadow clear screenshot explicitly awards 40 Knowledge along with 150 Gold and one potion. That is a recorded payout for this clear, not a universal reward for every act.

A reviewed secret-boss result separately displays 2,100 Knowledge, 5,040 Gold and three potions. This verifies a Knowledge reward in that encounter; it is not a fixed payout for every secret boss.

OyO’s beginner narration discusses new bosses, area completion and random secret bosses as Knowledge sources. The accompanying clip shows a secret-boss battle, not a tested fastest farming loop.

The supplied Inbox includes a +1,000 Knowledge gift and another mixed Gold/Knowledge reward. The daily-reward screen also lists Knowledge on certain days. Open the Inbox or Fountain, read an available reward and verify that the blue-book total increases after claiming.

The oath menu also displays Robux Knowledge packs. They are paid alternatives rather than required farming steps; use the price and quantity currently shown if you choose to inspect them.

Spend Knowledge at the Shrine of Oaths

Return to the castle and open SHRINE OF OATHS. If the building is unrepaired, follow its displayed repair prerequisite first; the reviewed footage begins with it already repaired and does not demonstrate the repair purchase.

Select an unlocked oath, read its current rank and next-rank effect, then compare your Knowledge total with the upgrade button’s cost. The inspected Last Stand example is rank 1/3, with the rank-2 button quoting 390 Knowledge.

Use the rank-up action only when the displayed effect and cost fit your choice. Verify the updated rank and Knowledge balance afterwards. The 390 quote belongs to that selected oath and rank; it is not the price of every upgrade.

SWAP TO THIS OATH is a separate choice from ranking it up. The shrine says you swear one oath at a time, so check the SWORN OATH panel to confirm which one is active. The observed instructions say rank 3 awakens the power.

Before spending your Knowledge

A question-mark slot is not a demonstrated unlock route. This page confirms the upgrade use of Knowledge, but does not assign every locked oath an unlock condition.

Read the trade-offs of the selected oath instead of assuming every rank is an unconditional benefit. The inspected Last Stand panel includes both positive effects and a defense reduction at its awakened rank.

Keep Gold available for separate equipment costs. Knowledge earned alongside Gold on a reward panel remains a different currency with a different spending menu.
