Warrior skills shown in the preview

MoveShown availabilityDisplayed effect or limit
Shoulder Bash (translated)Starting tutorialDeals damage scaled by defense and stuns the target for one turn; the screen says bosses are usually immune.
Taunt (translated)Level 1Forces every living enemy to target you while you continue fighting, until the turn ends.
Opening defensive passivePassiveStarts each battle with +50% defense until one direct attack consumes the effect. Burn and damage over time do not consume it.

Read the important Warrior mechanic

Shoulder Bash scales with defense, while the opening passive lasts only until a direct hit. Read those two conditions together; a large opening defense bonus does not prove a permanent defense increase.

How to choose Warrior at character creation

  1. Find Warrior

The center character label and weapon line should match Warrior and sword.

  2. Check the class-specific move

Shoulder Bash (translated) appears in the starting-move panel; compare its effect before confirming.

  3. Confirm the starting choice

The shown input instruction says Enter selects the current class. These images do not show rerolling or changing an existing character.
